I’m Emily Forbes, founder of Wylde Wellbeing, published author, and certified master’s level coach. After spending more than two decades in leadership roles, including nine years as a CEO, my own experience with chronic illness recovery compelled me to rethink everything I believed about pressure, success, and wellbeing.
Living with an invisible illness transformed my understanding of health, identity, and capacity. It also inspired me to delve deeply into coaching psychology, nervous system science, and lifestyle medicine; prompting me to pause and question the systems and expectations that shaped my life.
From this journey, Wylde Wellbeing was born.
I now empower women to reclaim their lives from pressure, programming, and burnout through Whole-Wellness™ coaching that honors the body, the nervous system, and the whole human being.
My personal experiences, professional training, and research have led me to a profound realization that is central to my work: my Whole-Wellness model.
This model emphasizes that wellbeing cannot be understood in fragments. Our health and capacity are influenced by the interplay between our physical health, mental patterns, emotional world, relationships, environment, and sense of purpose. Rather than concentrating on one isolated issue, this Whole-Wellness model offers a full-circle, 360-degree perspective on your life and wellbeing. It enables us to comprehend the patterns affecting your stress, energy, and capacity, making meaningful and sustainable change achievable.
