Support for your journey 


I have developed my Wylde Wellbeing Whole-Wellness ™ methodology, to support you along the way and crucially, to look at your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing and what you might be needing in each of these areas. 


Whole-Wellness ™  is my way of extending the known Biopsychosocial model of care and adding further dimensions  that focus on emotional and spiritual spheres too. I talk about this concept a lot more in my book Too Hard to Swallow. 


This is my formula for true wellbeing - bringing together science, strategy and spirituality helping women:

  • to alchemise adversity into possibility
  • to focus on wellness, not just illness
  • to look from the inside-out as well as the outside-in
    to learn to live well, whatever our current context or circumstances 


I want to help you find sustainable capacity and support to live well.

When you are holding too much alone

It’s not that you can’t keep going – it’s that something inside you knows it’s time to do things differently.


You’ve built a business. Led a team. Raised a family. Delivered the project.
But lately, it’s costing more than you can comfortably give. The fatigue is deeper. Your energy’s inconsistent. You feel both needed and depleted. You’re juggling performance, people, and pressure – often while no one sees what it takes to simply show up each day.


You don’t need fixing. You need space, reflection, and support that actually fits your life.


That’s where I come in.


I work with women forced to rebuild their entire sense of self and identity from the inside out - through illness, change, or other forced transition.


I've lived this.


Women who are intelligent, capable and deeply responsible, yet feel their bodies and energy no longer co-operate with the pace and expectations of life.
